    I cannot say enough good things about Flex Base. The workouts are incredibly thoughtful and well choreographed and every class feels intentional, challenging, and different enough to keep it exciting. But what really makes flex Base special though is the community. It’s full of like-minded people who are all working to improve their health and wellness, but who also know how to have fun while doing it. There is an energy in the room that’s motivating and positive and makes showing up feel easy. It is rare to find a place where you genuinely look forward to your workouts, but that’s exactly how I feel about Flex Base. It’s become such an important and uplifting part of my routine.

    I’ve had a great experience at Flex Base since joining. The classes are challenging, the gym is always clean, the trainers are encouraging, and the community is incredibly supportive. Since starting, I’ve seen and felt real progress in my strength, mindset, and overall fitness, which has been very motivating. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and motivating place to train!

    Best gym I’ve ever been to. This is the first place that’s actually made me WANT to go work out! The gym itself is clean and organized, the coaches are all super friendly, knowledgeable and help you with your form while challenging you or providing modifications. I can’t sing enough praises for this place. I’m so glad I found it!

    I have been a member at Flex Base for about 2 months and have already seen major changes in my body composition and mindset! I love it here and have even become an early morning workout girl when I didn't think that was possible. I am now a part of the 5am crew and actually look forward to waking up (insanely) early to get my workout for the day done. I love that everything is set out for us in 4-6 stations and there are monitors at each station to show us what to do. There is a dedicated trainer monitoring our form and giving us that extra push when we need it. Shout out to Coach Matt and Coach Crystal for always motivating me and telling me to lift heavier! 😆 It is easy to follow and the perfect set up for those who are busy and need that extra push. I had been a member at a nearby high end gym for 15+ years and while it was nice, I am seeing amazing results in a shorter time here at my new gym. I love how helpful and friendly everyone is and can't wait to see more changes in the coming months. My only regret is not joining sooner!

    I honestly can’t say enough great things about Flex Base Training. I’ve been working out for decades and have trained in many different environments, but this FBT workout program and these coaches truly far exceed anything I’ve experienced before. The results speak for themselves—this gym is genuinely transforming my body. From the owner to the coaches to the members, the sense of community here is incredible. Everyone is encouraging, uplifting, and supportive, while also holding each other accountable in the best way possible. It’s motivating to walk into a space where people genuinely want to see you succeed. The quality of the equipment is top-notch, and the recovery area is a huge bonus—something most gyms don’t offer, but makes a real difference in performance and longevity. The location is another major plus: it’s very close to me, not in a high-traffic area, and there’s always ample free parking, which makes getting in and out stress-free. If you’re looking to truly challenge your workouts, push past plateaus, and be part of a positive, driven community, I highly recommend this gym. It’s worth every minute you spend here.
