    Flex Base has truly changed my routine when it comes to working out. Every single morning I wake up excited to attend class. Each coach has incredible knowledge and helps throughout the class to motivate you and correct your posture. The atmosphere is also great, everyone is so kind and genuinely wants you to challenge yourself. Flex Base is the place to push yourself to new limits and create lasting friends. The classes are well thought out and structured. I feel myself getting stronger each week with each new phase of workouts. Thank you for everything Flex Base!
