My favorite classes are slow flow, restore, and hot. Jill is the best overall (imo) with amazing music choices paired with great flows, Jamie is great with flow and advanced inversions, Phoebe has amazing vibes with fun flows, and Chiara is the queen of sculpt! Highly recommend trying out a few classes and excited that Michelle is expanding to Folsom with a second location under her ownership.

Every instructor is knowledgeable and encouraging, and the community of students is incredibly welcoming. After moving to the area and trying a few intro classes, I was completely won over and signed up for the unlimited membership. I even got my husband a class pack so he can join whenever his schedule allows. Highly recommend this studio for an energizing workout, great vibes, and an overall wonderful experience!

Some are definitely harder than others (Power and Sculpt are tough!). But you feel amazing after. Definitely try it!
