  Look. I had an appointment yesterday and picked up a fecal sample kit I tried to return it today via drop off only to be told that I either needed an appointment or I would be treated as a walk in. I waited 45 min and was told by phlebotomist that she was only one there and that one was ahead of me. Had I known that an appointment was really required I would have made one when I picked up the kit. Quest is a money machine for the owner but not so good for patients. How about a simple drop off for returning samples?

  Awesome service went in and out in 15 mins very caring staff lady from Pollock pines this morning was so nice thanks god bless you guys 🙏🏽
