They teach both the basics of yoga as well as advanced poses and techniques. The instructors are simply phenomenal and really care about you. They remind you of the importance of proper breath work, and give you guidance to push through and challenge yourself. The result is a sense of accomplishment, great energy, and a community you can call your own. 🙏🏽
- JSJoseph SanchezApr 16, 20245.0Very good classes and instructors, I just did the "Y6 Sculpt & Flow" (a class with dumbbells) There was also a few men in there not all women which was nice to have a variety, the instructor really pushed me and I felt sooo good at the end of class such a great rush! Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and clean studio..what more can you ask for!?
