- MSMarcy SeloverDec 26, 20251.0Waiting for two prescriptions for over a week and a half and no one can help me. They switched the story from needing a call from my doctor which she was never notified of to them being adamant that I somehow already picked it up one of them to then then I said my doctor resent the request having something written notes explaining what information they were needing then saying then they said they needed her to call so I asked if I should just have call them then put on hold again then being told that no actually that wouldn’t work since they needed it to be written and I explain for the 4th time she had written to them to being put on hold again where I just hung up and am having my medicine taken else where. I tried being patient and I was nothing short of respectful but I’ve waited so long that I’m out of medicine. I have never in my life dealt with such confusion from a pharmacy.
