  I handed a $20 bill cash, for 4 bars that were on sale for $1.85 each. Gerardo tries giving me back $7.60 as change - when it was $12.60 back actually. Then when I ask for my other $5, he says "how much did you give me?" I said a twenty dollar bill. He then proceeds to walk around the store for a few minutes to rummage through money bags under the counter, looking through multiple money bags for money and under the cash till, and had to go into 2 different safes under the counter to get another $5. After several minutes of what genuinely came across as stalling for my $5... Shady activity my guy! Just give correct change, have it readily available like a standard business, and know how to count correctly - so people come back for more if there is good service. Now I will not be coming back, even though there's good discount prices on the protein bars that about to go expired for $1.85 Quest and Anabars. Just super suspicious vibes on the service, and he apologized at the end when I was walking out but he smirked at the same time like as though he thought he was trying to catch a fool slipping.

  Straight up lied about their return policy to avoid an even exchange of products. I hope that this is not how all GNC's do their business.
