Welcome to San Diego Blood Bank's East County Donor Center. San Diego Blood Bank (SDBB) is an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit also operating as Southern California Blood Bank. The Blood Bank serves hospitals in Southern California with more than 150,000 units of blood each year.
I've tried to register, I completed everything to get to the message part, you'll receive a text. Even email, nothing. I provided my blood bank ID from my card, not recognized, nothing. The automated system only wanted to sign me up for a donation.

The Staff was very rude and would not acomodate for having a child. I took time out of my day to benefit another human being because I have a specific blood type. The woman at the front desk would not assist in any accommodation as she kept stating policy says I cannot have my 3 year old child sit with me while donating. They worked very slow and it's very appearent they did not like their job. I will never take my time and donate here. The hiring manager should be notified and fire the staff responsible.

Don't be a Grinch! Give Blood. I'm so thankful for my flabotomist, Julia. She's incredible. I had a bad experience at a different location years ago and was hesitant to come back, but I'm grateful I did. Julia, is the best and honolestly I barely feel the needle going in. Leticha, was great too. She checked me in and out and gave great customer service. This would have been a 5 star review, but they were understaffed so I waited little longer than usual. I'll be back in 8 weeks!
