  I absolutely love this clinic- Dr. P___ is the best provider. She treated me with so much dignity and respect in regards to my chronic battle with ovarian cysts and the complications surrounding that as well as other sensitive health issues. Due to the complications and unresolved problems she referred me to a complex care team. All this while being harassed by protestors outside that do not understand all planned parenthood does for people. I have been repeatedly discriminated against at Scripps and Sharps and neglected. Planned parenthood created a safe environment for me where I did not feel discriminated, ignored, or neglected. We need these clinics and caring staff. They are above the scale and do it out of the passion of medicine- not pay or recognition.

  I feel compelled to write this review because it's been the best experience I've had at a PP. Had an appointment at 9 am, got taken care of immediately, Norma was so sweet and professional. My doctor Julia was helpful and a professional as well. Such an easy smooth visit. I will be coming back for my future services. Thanks for taking care of me.

  I Had an appointment at 10:30 which was the earliest appointment available and wasn’t seen till 12:30pm. If i could give this 0 stars I would. How do we go through the hustle of making an appointment if you won’t be seen till 2 hours later its beyond ridiculous.

  Drove all the way down here for 45 minutes to be told they don’t take medi-cal do you think maybe you could have told me that before I drove 45 minutes. Wow the incompetence. No wonder people can’t stand this company. Me “I’ll pay cash how much is it?” El Cajon Planned Parenthood “we need to call your insurance company.” Me “I’ll PAY CASH HOW MUCH WILL IT COST.” Planned Parenthood “we need to call the insurance company.” Me”this mask isn’t protecting me from Herpes.” “I guess my cash isn’t accepted here.” Maybe that’s stupid to reject somebody willing to pay cash. I guess there’s a language barrier. I’m a 40 year old woman who’s basically held hostage by the birth control.
