I have even been able to get my hearing aids cleaned on a regular interval at no cost. People complain about the initial cost but no one mentions all the great service that goes on for years at no additional costs. Yes you can purchase aids cheaper but you have to pay for any service or to have the aids adjusted to fit your needs
