Ive never been treated with anything other than respect but when I called this morning regarding a med I hadn't been able to pick up she basically told me to bad so sad it goes back and you need to refill it again. They do not give you a rain check that is equivalent to what you would purchase while you're in the store. And at times they wouldn't give me a rain check at all for items they did not have stocked or on sale as advertised. This is a common bait and switch in sales. They get you in they don't have the products nor that they want to give you a rain check and you have to buy other items at higher prices.This store has turned into a joke. The customer service is well below average for 2025. 100% unacceptable for the early 90s late '80s.
