  Always make an appointment otherwise you will have to wait 3 hours for walk in, anyway the ladies here are really nice

  Linda was amazing at taking blood. I was so scared and she made me feel comfortable and i barely even felt it.

  Encountered an extremely rude staff member who seemed very annoyed to answer a simple question. Ive been coming to quest for lab draws for awhile now but first time I ever dealt with such a miserable phlebotomist, kept cutting me off and told me to “ask my doctor” “call my doctor” download the app without listening to my actual question. It was a simple yes or no reply needed.

  I had a very uncomfortable experience here a few days ago. A male technician with short blond hair drew my blood. His hands were slightly shaking the whole time, which made me very nervous. The first attempt didn’t work and the blood stopped flowing, so he had to stick me a second time. Getting blood drawn should be a routine and simple procedure, but this experience was stressful and upsetting. I hope the clinic provides better training and care for patients.
