  Love Carbon Health - fast service BUT person-centered medical staff and friendly reception! Thoroughly and exceptionally clean facility as well. The best part is that I was able to see a PA in less than 20 mins for a walk-in!

  Provider was supposed to order eyedrops for my daughter’s pink eye instead he ordered the wrong medication and wrong route( ear drops ) which we have to pay the pharmacy for his mistake. Carbon Health care won’t even reimburse the amount we paid for the wrong medication ordered by their provider. Will never recommend this place.

  This was our first time here and the staff is friendly and the care was great! It's great to know they have X-ray machine on site too! The Nurse practitioner who saw us was professional and thorough. Glad they are down the street from our home.

  Recently, I received a request from the FSA department asking me to upload a receipt. That’s when I discovered that in January, Carbon Health charged $325 to my FSA card without notifying me. I called to inquire, and the billing department told me the charge was related to a visit from last August. They had submitted a claim to my insurance company but never received any response, so they proceeded to charge me. I asked them whether they had notified me when they didn’t receive a response from the insurance company last year. They said they had sent an email. I checked all of my email accounts and found no messages from Carbon Health. I then asked which email address they had used. The staff told me that there was no email address on file in my records, so they had no way to send an email. They also said they do not send paper bills or make phone calls, the only method they use is email. This is absolutely absurd and unbelievable. I have never encountered any medical provider that operates this way.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience with Carbon health this morning. I fell the other day and I was able to make an appointment quickly and get the x-rays I needed. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately by Krystal. She was so friendly, professional and inviting. The check in process was easy and effortless. She was checking in and checking out patients quickly and efficiently. I was called back shortly after check in by Patty, the X-Ray technician. She was caring, thoughtful and very careful when taking the images of my ankle and wheeling me back and forth from the exam room to the image room. She put the boot on my foot carefully and continued to ask me how I was feeling as she was making the boot tighter. She was so sweet. I also met with Mariam, the physician assistant. Her energy and smile was needed, especially because of the pain I was in. She was patient and very gentle while examining my ankle. She gave me the results of the X-Ray in a very easy way for me to understand. It was an amazing experience and there is a reason they have such positive reviews. Thank you to the team, Krystal, Patty and Mariam. You all are professional and a positive light in the healthcare field.
