  Probably the nicest and best organized urgent care I’ve ever gone to. Super sweet as soon as I walked in the door, made me feel comfortable and acknowledged.

  The medical staff was great and rhe service too. They only reason I'm giving them 1 star is due to their billing. I received an email April 1st, my bill was ready for review in the portal. It did NOT provide the amount due and when payment waa due. They proceeded and charged my card. I called the billing department. The man that took my call told it's my responsibility to call my insurance company. I tried explaing to him that the issue was the lack of communication in regards to the payment. I requested to speak to a manager, multiple times. He straight out told me there was no need to talk to one. I will NOT be returning and definitely WILL NOT be recommending this place to my family and friends.

  The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. The nurse and doctor were quick to see me and diagnosed my medical problem. The doctor called two prescriptions to my pharmacy. Was a very good experience.

  This urgent care was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. I was in and out quickly, and everything was handled efficiently. I truly appreciate the great care and highly recommend this place.

  Horrible horrible experience! The man at the front desk called the police on me because he kicked me out and I didn’t leave. He then went to hide in the back of the office until the police came while other customers were in the lobby trying to check in. He told me there was no supervisor no manager. The doctors didn’t step up to the plate to try and help the dispute. They refused medical treatment today for bills that were billed to my insurance company improperly causing a denial. I tried explaining, I tried showing him the various emails of these mistakes and he didn’t care. He wanted payment and that was it! I have filed an official grievance with Anthem on the urgent care clinic. I have also filed a complaint with the state for their refusal to provide care. They know they have a major billing problem and they want to keep people in limbo for their mistakes! Why would I keep coming to a provide if I didn’t have proper insurance? They need to own their billing mistakes! I don’t wanna see call our office, you guys have my number, you guys CALL ME!
