- APArun PillaiDec 9, 20254.0Went to get a pair of glasses adjusted that I had purchased from them last year. They’d been barely used, but had a slight bend. Juliana from front desk acknowledged the issue and said she could fix it. She took the glasses, used a heating machine and then cold water, and the lenses ended up getting vertical lines on them and completely unusable. When asked about the damage and what to do, all she could say was "It was bought over an year ago, so nothing we can do now" Separately, I had also asked Juliana if she could pull up my insurance information to confirm something. She told me customers have to get that themselves. Later, I asked another staff member(I think Ella), and she was able to look it up right away. The inconsistency was frustrating on top of the repair issue. Overall, really disappointing experience. Hoping others won’t have to deal with the same. UPDATE: Target and the optician reached out within a week apologizing for the experience and offered to fix the damaged lens for free.
