I just got off the phone with the pharmacy, and let me just say that these pharmacy technicians need much better training. The girl that I just spoke to was Jessie I believe. She sounds on the younger side, I don’t know if she just started or what the situation is. I had sent my fiancé in to pick up my two medications that were supposed to be ready according to the text notifications that I received. He called me and told me that they only gave him one medication. So when I decided to call the pharmacy and ask where the second medication was, “Jessie” told me that “It’s just Tylenol, you can just buy it over the counter.” I told her that I would rather not go and spend money on Tylenol when I could just have it filled at the pharmacy and have my insurance cover it. And then she had the nerve to say AND I QUOTE “ Do you guys not have any Tylenol at home?“ That absolutely blew my mind. That was incredibly rude and unprofessional. If my doctor sends a prescription to the pharmacy, I expect you to fill it. And you shouldn’t ask me why I need it. I shouldn’t have to defend my request for filling a prescription that was ordered by my doctor. It’s nobody’s business whether or not I have Tylenol at home. I asked “Jessie” if they were able to fill it or not, and she said “if you need it urgently then I can start processing it now.“ Today is February 18th and the time is 7:35 PM. I’m really hoping the pharmacy manager will start cracking down on her behavior. That was completely unacceptable. No patient should ever have to fight to have their medications filled, whether or not they can be found over-the-counter. If there’s a way for me to save money in this economy, I should be allowed to do so without any pushback or judgment.

nice people, terrible promises. See a price on a shelf? Its not at the register until you download an app, with low signal, make an account, verify the email, find the things you already put in your physical cart again on the app, all the while holding up the line. But hey, the employees are cool about it.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years, even when there were other pharmacies that were closer to my home/ work. Unfortunately, I have to fill prescriptions fairly regularly so I have gotten to know most of the pharmacists and techs and they are all genuinely nice, caring people! I wish more people would treat them with the respect and kindness they deserve but even when people are jerks to them, the staff here will still go out of their way to help!
