The doctor was really great but the tests prior to being seen by the doctor was rush. We were that the Retina display test was included with our insurance but was not done. When questioned was told that there is a &50 co-pay but when we said that we were just told that it was covered the. Our coverage was reviewed and it was 100% covered with no co-pay. We have been going here for the past 2 years and the optometrists that we saw were both great but feel that Lens crafters have more thorough testing done. Lenscrafters has more tests not done at Target optical which is supposed to be 100% covered by our insurance.

The eye doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. She provided quick, but quality service. However before the eye exam, the assistant did a few pre exam procedures. These were done painfully slow!! The procedure where they disperse a quick puff of air is already challenging. The assistant didn't even communicate what happens. Luckily I know what happens because I've had this done before. But what if someone is a new patient?! And it took 5 minutes just to do my right eye!! I know it can take multiple attempts if I blink too much. But it wasn't that. The assistant didn't even disperse air that much. It seemed to take for forever to even disperse the air. Simply it shouldn't take 5 minutes to do one eye!! That's nuts!! Please do better!! Retrain the assistant to first communicate better and be more efficient!!

Overall amazing experience. My visit was quick, informative and pleasant. Doctor was very kind and professional. Front end staff did an amazing job in navigating paperwork and insurance. And best of all I was able to be seen on a Sunday and not miss any work. Highly recommend!

Doctor is nice, eye exam went well. The problem is, they don’t have my trial contact lenses again, for the second year. I have to wait for them to order and go back to get it. While I was there, I heard it happened to another client too. They should have count inventory and order them in advance, instead of asking clients to wait and come in another time.
