- JJJanFeb 19, 20265.0I've been going to classes here since 2024 and love all the classes I've taken. The instructors are clear with their instructions, they're good at encouraging the class, and are always helpful. Everyone in the studio is friendly, they have hair ties in case you forget to bring yours, the water refill station is always working, and the bathrooms are always clean.

Every class is a little different depending on the instructor, who are well-versed, attentive and knowledgeable, and the variety of exercises keeps me engaged and challenged, but at my own pace and abilities. I go 3 times a week and feeling a major difference in my legs and core which helps with my chronic lower back issues. I highly recommend this place and love that its in Duarte. (Lisa)

- EMElsa MatsumotoFeb 5, 20261.0Canceled my membership after there wasn’t enough available classes on the weekends. They were always waitlisted. I submitted my cancellation form on January 18 and then I was charged for another month on January 28. I called the studio and inform them of the charge. The attendant said they would speak to their manager to get it refunded, however, they have a 90 day commitment and because it was the 90 days they would charge me an additional $100. I was not informed of that commitment because the staff fill out the contract on their computer. You don’t ever see it. I asked for a copy of the contract in which I had agreed to this 90 day commitment. They charged me that extra hundred dollars and never sent me a copy of the contract as I asked.
