I have had a really bad experience with club Pilates. I was excited to join and the manager convinced me to do private training before I started class since this was my first time. I told her I can do any day at 6am bc I’m a working mom and thats the only time I got. It has been a complete struggle to find a trainer. The same day I signed up I asked for a refund because I could tell finding a trainer was getting difficult. I also asked if we could move my credits to the monthly class. The manager said no to both requests. Well it’s been 2 months and it’s impossible to get an instructor. 25% of the time they just no call no show. Today the Pilates teacher said she over slept and asked if I could change my work schedule to come in later because she can’t guarantee she can get up for work in time.
I still have classes left and can’t get an instructor. The manager has an attitude that she really doesn’t care. Come , don’t come, whatever. But she is not giving a refund even though they can’t provide the service I paid for. Looking for another studio if anyone has suggestions.

SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES
I left this studio a few months ago and already paid the fees required to leave (it was a whole nightmare but we got through it). I was told in writing that I would no longer be charged but I’m getting emails now months later saying I have these random outstanding charges to my account of $129 and $25 even though I have a receipt from when I paid everything off. I tried emailing the studio back and haven’t gotten any response from them when I ask about these random charges.
The amount of stress this studio has caused me is insane. I’m just trying to be done with this but am still getting these emails with charges even though I’ve already paid everything off.
This place has absolutely disgusting business practices and is soooo shady. Don’t sign up unless you want to empty your wallet out to a greedy Pilates chain.
