Karinaa walks you through every move in detail and helps throughout the class to make it challenging and fun. Even 7 months pregnant, I could do them with some minor tweaks. I will definitely be going back.

The reformer carriage uses resistance to target and strengthen in ways yoga simply does not. The instructors are amazing: knowledgeable and encouraging. Club Pilates, Monrovia also celebrates when members reach milestones classes, such as 100, 250, 500, 750, etc. The workout is fun, challenging, and effective. I've really been enjoying pilates very much. If you haven't tried it yet, I strongly recommend Club Pilates, Monrovia!

I had never done Pilates before and I am hooked! It is easy to sign up for classes each week, and there is a good variety of classes and instructors. The studio is clean and comfortable.
