I had my appointment at 2:40p upon checking in I was told they attempted to call me to confirm appointment in which I checked my call log and had no missed calls/texts but if I wanted to wait a bit I can be on standby, given that | live pretty far 1 agreed. I waited 2hrs at 4:30p | asked for an update I was told I should've been next but that they would check. She came back and said I would be next. Minutes passed by and I was told by another lady that the dr said I could wait until 5:20 if his appointment doesn't show up but that he is refusing to see me. The dr is very unprofessional made me waste 2hr of my time waiting around when I could've have just rescheduled to begin with. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Find another place to go to.
