  This dental office is extremely disappointing. It’s located in a very dangerous area near MacArthur Park, surrounded by a full of homeless. The door is always locked inside, and you have to knock every time you in-out. Allow phone calls only in outside the building, and they lock the door from the inside due to security. The front desk staff was rude and didn’t even see me when I walked in, it seemed I am homeless on the street.The interior was not clean and old, and the service was rude enough that I decided to leave immediately. I dont want to visit this office again. After reading so may negative reviews, I’m not surprised why so may patients are mad and humiliated here. I’m relieved they didn’t end up working on my teeth. Unprofessional staff and an unsafe environment—definitely not recommended!!!

  I love my Dentist and I love the Staff! Both Jade and Juan are wonderful!!! Jade always makes sure To remind me of my appointments in such loving kind Way. The Dentist is amazing, he never does more then what is necessary! And when I wanted pretty teeth, he worked with me and my budget. It is truly like a family! In fact all of my Family go to Mission Dental! See my after and before!!! So natural!

  I’m a person that hates going to the dentist and my experience here was one of the best ones I’ve had. The assistant Juan was so great and made each of my visits the best possible as well as the doctor. I came in to mission dental about two months before my wedding to get a crown and be all ready for my special day. The doctor gave me two options, I decided to go for the lower cost one since I was in the middle of planning a wedding. After staring the process my tooth was soo bad that couldn’t handle the crown job and broke. I had to have it extract and had to go for the second option (which was the one that the doctor recommended at first) they worked with me so that I could be ready for my special day and everyone from the front desk to the assistant and the doctor were always so nice and attentive. I could say that they really saved my wedding. I was all ready to go for my wedding right on time and with a beautiful smile! They worked with me with prices and payments so that I would be able to pay for the extra expense. I can’t thank them enough! I would recommend this place to everyone.
