  I had the pleasure of having Carlos Ortiz fit my 92 year old mom for hearing aids. Mr. Ortiz is definitely thorough and explains the process completely. He is attentive and answers your questions with a detailed explanation. I cannot state how impressed and grateful I am with his ability and dedication to having my mom hear again. Lastly, he and his staff took care of all the required medical paperwork, which can be tedious at times. A sincere thank you.

  Carlos is such a blessing! He goes above and beyond for patients. My dad has alzheimer’s and he is so patient with him. We are very thankful for him. His services are amazing. Thank you so much Carlos!

  From the first time I walked into the AudioNova office in Downey, I have been impressed with Rosy. She always greets you with a smile and never gives you the feeling that you are a pest. Because of my age and ear wax manufacturing, I visit the office frequently. She helps me as quickly as she can. I am amazed at her skill and knowledge. She has been able to diagnose the problem and remedy the situation. She carefully explains what has happened and ways I might avoid future issues. I leave the office with hearing aids that work and a pleasant goodbye from Rosy. AudioNova is extremely fortunate to have her. Every business should have one like Rosy.
