  I came in to Downey Dental Arts because I had a wisdom tooth that had been bothering me and I’d been in a lot of pain for a couple of days. They were able to get me in for an appointment very quickly, which I really appreciated. As soon as I arrived, I didn’t even have to wait long to be seen. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from beginning to end. Luis made me feel comfortable right away and was so kind throughout the process. Dr. Azimi was amazing—very professional, gentle, and reassuring. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt at ease during the procedure, which really helped since I was already in pain. Norma, who handles finances, was also extremely helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail—what my insurance would cover and what my portion would be—so there were no surprises. I really appreciated her patience and transparency. Overall, I had a great experience, especially considering how much pain I was in. The whole team made the process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Downey Dental Arts to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and caring dental office.

  Step 1: Contact your Dental Insurance carrier to ensure this office is not out of network Step 2: If this place is non-contracted with your insurance carrier, DO NOT GO HERE. They will use the out of network benefit and make you pay the rest out of pocket. THEIR PRICES ARE REDICULOUS AND THE “FINANCIAL ADVISOR” lady (I can’t remember her name) will try to get you to finance and take credit. They didn’t even have the decency to tell me they were out of network with my insurance, I dodged a major financial bullet . All they did to me was prep my tooth for root canal and fill it with temporary fill. Cost me about $400.00 for that or more. Ridiculous…..I called my insurance carrier and am continuing care with a different provider now . He’s much more affordable and actually cares about his patients .

  Helped in many ways. Havent been to a dentist in so many years, came in with pain and was able to get extractions the same day. They have different financial options which were a huge help. I Made an appointment to check the extraction site and ended up getting more work done. And will be returning to finish up everything. Its all about getting healthy. Will update you guys with the finishing results!

  I so love going to Downey Dental Arts. All my life I would fear dental office appointments until I came to this dental office. On my first visit I was treated with so much kindness and care and til this day that it is a year going I receive the same treatment with everyone in their staff . Thanks 🙏 to this dental office, I no longer have fear of dental treatments or dental offices. I want to thank all the staff of Downey Dental Arts office/

  Hello everyone.They fixed a tooth, removed the root, and put a crown on it. Shortly after, I started feeling discomfort. I went back to the same place several times, but they always told me I'd be fine, that it was normal to feel that way, and that little by little I'd feel better. Years passed, and I went to another dentist who explained that they hadn't removed the entire root of the tooth, that they hadn't cleaned it, and that it was infected. That's why I felt so much tingling in all my teeth. I went back to this same place and told them that the tooth they fixed had a bad infection. They said they couldn't do anything anymore, they refused to help me, and they left me with the infection, which spread to all my teeth thanks to their poor work. I don't recommend this place. They don't do the job completely; they don't clean it properly. Now it's costing me a lot of money to fix what they messed up. Please don't risk your health; it's definitely a terrible place.
