We caught the pharmacist gossiping about other patients who also use testosterone.
This is a small town, and the person was identifiable. HIPAA aside, I urge you to take your business somewhere that exercises a normal standard of care. It is not normal to gossip about patients in earshot of others.
I heard the pharmacist complaining about me after I talked to her about it, from three aisles over.
They had been real nice, too. It’s a shame. Call me old fashioned, I will not tolerate anyone treating my family this way.
God bless.
Update: I did have a thorough, dispassionate discussion with corporate management. It wasn’t glossy and corporate, they were real with me, which I prefer. They took appropriate actions.

This pharmacy staff is incompetent. It take weeks to get a prescription filled and they are constantly running out of medication, there is no follow up on anything. Constantly dropping the ball. Terrible service. Very messy and unorganized.

This place is crazy busy at least the store is. I purchased a home in Rio Vista I love the area but I have to drive a good 19 miles to any convince. I loved my Safeway pharmacy in Roseville but there was no way I could keep driving 2 hours to get my medications! I called this Safeway and spoke with the pharmacist Dale and told him I has some issues with one of my medication and wanted to switch to this pharmacy and keep all my vaccination records and medical records & just transferred if they could do that. I and told him I would be picking up my medications in the following days. He was very helpful and friendly. There was some confusion when I got there and my medication wasn’t ready but it was my first time there so things happen ya know. But when I went to leave I said nice to meet everyone and trey all said nice to meet you too Suzette made me feel welcomed !!! Thank you Dale & all the staff for making me feel like a local now and there kind help. This will be my pharmacy from now on! :-))
I’ve returned now several times and the service in the pharmacy has been EXCELLENT!! All the pharmacist are soooo nice and staff is on it and so helpful & friendly & professional!! Better than my Roseville Safeway way better!! You have a customer for life!!! Love my Dixon Safeway pharmacy your great people!!

Wish they had minus stars.
Long waits, over and hour, prescriptions are never ready, come back in a hour.
Short staffed always.
They need 2 to 3 pharmacists, and 4 techs at all times.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
