HIPAA aside, I urge you to take your business somewhere that exercises a normal standard of care. It is not normal to gossip about patients in earshot of others. I heard the pharmacist complaining about me after I talked to her about it, from three aisles over. They had been real nice, too. It’s a shame. Call me old fashioned, I will not tolerate anyone treating my family this way. God bless. Update: I did have a thorough, dispassionate discussion with corporate management. It wasn’t glossy and corporate, they were real with me, which I prefer. They took appropriate actions.
