- JSJ SSep 14, 20251.0Also had an issue with prior authorization, they keep on getting my prescription wrong. I cleared prior authorization through my doctor, yet they won’t listen. Just overall terrible experience dealing with them.
- EEEMay 10, 20251.0My patient needed a prior authorization to start a new medication. I called safeway pharmacy and they said the request for prior authorization was initiated. LIE!!! I had to contact the insurance and initiate the prior authorization myself. The process was NOT initiated by the pharmacy. With other pharmacies it the the standard pattern: Pharmacy initiates the prior authorization process and doctors finalize the request. NOT with this pharmacy.
