  Brused arm has never happened before. New Phleb. Remodel is nice. Restroom ledge on floor is a trip hazard.

  First, the locations self check in screen needs to be replaced. Its touch screen is malfunctioning. I felt bad for all that had to use it. It ceated a huge line due to this, and one client who was in line ended up being marked late by the time they made it to the screen. They were in a wheelchair. When this was made known to one of the workers what happened, they said they'll make a note of it, but still had them wait for over 2 hours in the stand by and we're still there when I left. Even though I was a walk in, the computer told me I had 2 people in front of me and the wait would be 30 mins to an hour. I waited over 3 hours. I usually make an appointment, but this was a last minute request by my doctor for a procedure. I told him I'll never go back to Quest. It was hard for anyone to get help at that location due its configuration. 90% of the people who came in were elderly and some had limited English. Definitely not ADA compliant. I can see by the review s Quest does nothing about it. Ask your medical provider for Lab Corp or anyone else.

  If I could give this place a zero I would. This place lost my dad’s blood work and never turned it into the office and we’ve been waiting for a month almost and now we have to do it again. You can’t even call and talk to a person. Do better

  I helped my neighbor go to Quest today, and it was a very smooth experience. We had a pretty complicated question involving various doctors orders and had trouble finding a suitable vein, but our technician Daniela handled everything smoothly and was very polite.
