- SSSamuel ScheyOct 10, 20191.0i moved my scripts here when rite-aide on the south end of diamond bar went out of business and have regretted it since. this pharmacy is terrible. it has terrible customer service - the pharmacists and workers don’t care. they never have my prescriptions in stock. and they can’t seem to manage calling my doctor to get refills. there is always something with them. a few times they have handed me packets of tablets and told me i had to punch them out myself because they were “too busy”. I ended up breaking several of them. this past monday, i called for a refill. it’s now thursday and, after following up with them twice, all they can give me is a 1 week partial fill. needless to say, i’m leaving. my suggestion is to avoid this place.
