  Very poor and frustrating experience at Sight for Sore Eyes in Danville. I brought my Cartier frame to install new lenses, but within minutes of wearing them, I started getting severe headaches. I tried to adjust, but the glasses were completely unusable. When I returned, they checked a few things but could not resolve the issue. I have been using the same prescription in other glasses without any problems, and even this exact frame worked perfectly before with my previous tinted lenses, so the issue is clearly with the lenses they installed. Instead of fixing the problem, they refused to provide a refund and only offered store credit, which was never disclosed upfront. I was also not given any proper documentation during the order or pickup. What is most concerning is that they kept the lenses they made, still charged my insurance, and told me the claim cannot be reversed. Vision insurance has limited usage, so this resulted in a direct financial loss for me without receiving a usable product. Lack of transparency, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not recommend this place.

  We loved this location! Roheeni helped me and was so kind, I had my husband go in and order here also. Nice selection, kind, helpful, and professional staff. Highly recommend!!!

  The optometrist is great! However the office staff are completely horrible. They are rude and charge you for every little thing possible. Do not lose your prescription paper, otherwise it's an extra $25 to get it reprinted from the computer. "It's a business and we need to make money somehow." Word for word what I was told when I asked about getting a new copy of my prescription, which I seemed to misplace since I got it over a year ago.
