  I’ve contemplated writing this review for a while now, but I’ve decided it’s important for others who may be in similar circumstances. RMA was recommended to us by a friend, and after reading every glowing review and doing some research of our own, we decided to save up and schedule our initial appointment. Unfortunately, RMA did not accept our insurance, so we called ahead to confirm exactly how much the appointment would cost out of pocket and what would be included. During our visit, the entire team was friendly and kind—which we appreciated. However, in this industry, it takes much more than friendly staff. Our concerns stem from two major issues. First, they were unable to draw blood during our very first visit. This was a big red flag, as bloodwork is an essential and recurring part of the fertility process. Second, we encountered unexpected hidden fees. While we were told blood would be drawn in-house, we were not made aware that it would be sent to a third party, resulting in a significant additional cost. After two years of trying on our own, we put a lot of time and hope into finding the right clinic to guide us through this emotional, sensitive, and expensive journey. Instead, we left feeling overwhelmed and without the clarity we were hoping for. This experience may be different for those whose insurance is accepted, but if you are paying out of pocket and looking for a more transparent and supportive fertility clinic, I would recommend exploring other options.

  The whole team and system at RMA is so great and seamless. My primary RE was Dr. Morin and he is the best! Our first consultation he sat with me, had already reviewed all my history and had suggestions for a plan we could implement immediately. He was so caring the entire time, easily accessible and very responsive. Their app is so great. My experience with some other clinicians varied but overall RMA is the best fertility clinic I’ve work with, and I’ve worked with a few. I highly recommend Dr. Morin!

  I cannot recommend Dr. Morin and the entire RMA team enough. From the very beginning, Dr. Morin has been incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate. What I appreciate most is that he balances his warmth with a solid, science-backed approach. He always provides honest, thoughtful recommendations and takes the time to explain why each decision is being made, so I always feel informed and confident in the care I'm receiving. The entire RMA team has been equally outstanding. Communication has been seamless through the Spruce app, and I’ve always received prompt, clear responses to any questions or concerns. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been professional, friendly, and truly dedicated to making the process as smooth as possible. I’ve had done two retrievals with Dr. Morin so far, and each time I’ve felt entirely confident in his expertise and the care I’ve received. I’m so grateful for everything the team has done for me, and I would recommend Dr. Morin and RMA to anyone considering IVF.

  My husband and I had a FANTASTIC experience with RMA. We started at Spring Fertility and were getting bad vibes and mixed info. Right before we were supposed to begin our first retrieval cycle, I reached out to RMA requesting a consult with Dr. Morin. To our surprise, they were able to schedule an appointment with him the very next day. We LOVED him immediately and decided to switch over to RMA. They signed us up promptly so that I was able to continue with my scheduled cycle and not lose any time. Our initial impressions of Dr. Morin were on point; we COULD NOT have been happier with him. Due to our diagnoses, we had to do 3 retrievals. Throughout the entire process, he was calm, kind, and full of evidence-based recommendations. When I had a question about a protocol or wanted to try something I'd read about in a FB group, he'd explain any pros/cons behind it and remain open-minded. I never felt as if I couldn't bring something up with him; together, we all co-created a strategy that my husband and I felt confident with. We were SO pleased when our first transfer was successful; I'm currently 20 weeks! I really attribute the success of our IVF journey to Dr. Morin and RMA. When we're ready baby #2, we'll be back!

  Dr. Morin and the RMA team are the Absolute Best during this stressful, emotional journey of motherhood. They are incredibly responsive and understand busy professional schedules. This team has been super compassionate, very evidence based, and worth the drive. The SF office is lovely as well. Also appreciate the in depth out of network explanations and how competitive their pricing is for those who do not have coverage. Highly recommend +++
