- ACAshley CDec 8, 20251.0Super cliquey, overpriced, and not a welcoming environment. This studio presents as welcoming and premium-priced, but my experience was quite the opposite. The overall atmosphere is notably cliquey, with instructors operating as though they run a private social group rather than a yoga studio. Newcomers are not integrated, and the environment feels unwelcoming. The quality of instruction also does not justify the cost. Several classes I attended seemed to be taught by instructors who appeared under-trained, including relatives of staff, which raises questions about the studio’s instructional standards and consistency. The final red flag for me was being told by someone closely connected to the studio that two instructors, Kristin and Michelle, “disliked” me. I never had any real interaction with them, so even as secondhand information it felt unprofessional and underscored the overall exclusionary energy I experienced. For what this studio charges, you can find far better instruction and a much more inclusive and professional atmosphere elsewhere.

I have been a member for a few months now and have tried a variety of classes. The studio is really spacious and welcoming. The overall vibes of the place are friendly! I look forward to my yoga classes every week here :) highly recommended to anyone who has been considering joining a no pressure great workout!
