    I learned about the Perfect Workout on the radio - KCBS. 20 minutes, twice a week? IT'S TRUE! The trainers I work out with in the Danville location - Rachel, Vanessa and Sean are awesome and knowledgable! They know when I am ready to progress and add weight! I feel stronger, I look better and have lost weight and inches! I plan on being a client for life! When you find something that works and fits into your busy lifestyle, I'm hooked!
