    I learned about the Perfect Workout on the radio - KCBS. 20 minutes, twice a week? IT'S TRUE! The trainers I work out with in the Danville location - Rachel, Vanessa and Sean are awesome and knowledgable! They know when I am ready to progress and add weight! I feel stronger, I look better and have lost weight and inches! I plan on being a client for life! When you find something that works and fits into your busy lifestyle, I'm hooked!

    The Perfect Workout is The Best and most effective strength training I have ever done! I have been doing it for over a year and a half, and it has transformed my body, and my health. I do not say this lightly, as I am a scientist, because the technique makes so much sense. But I also cannot give enough thanks and praise to the team in Danville, CA, where I workout. The experience with them has been so very special and not like any other personal trainers I've ever worked with. They are wonderful, fun, engaging, real. Connecting with them while working out makes it all the more special and effective! Thank You Vanessa, Rachel, Dan! You are 'stuck' with me for life!
