Every class is engaging and never boring, as new exercises are introduced each time. Since starting, my sleep has improved, my skin looks healthier, and I’ve noticed a reduction in body measurements as well as increased strength. The heated sessions make me feel refreshed and energized. Thank you.

I don't know that much about some of those poses nor their terms but Aldina was making it very simple to follow along, and she was demonstrating every step of the way, she made me feel very comfortable there... highly recommend her classes!!!! Definitely bring water, even just a bottle as they do have a water dispenser there. Showers and locker room are very clean and smell fresh. Definitely didn't expect that. Even of you don't have a yoga mat, you can rent one from them. And good quality too!!!

Her flow is awesome, I see the effect right away in my body the next day & I love it! I wish they have more Chrissy's class on their schedule. Go to her class, you'll love it too! She is so motivating & nice always. I love love her class.
