  YogaSix Dana Point is hands down my favorite studio around. The energy, the cleanliness, and the overall vibe make it such an amazing place to work out and reset. Their hot yoga sculpt classes are the best in town. If you’re looking for a challenging, high-energy workout that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished, this is it. You HAVE to take Michelle and Cambria’s classes. They both bring incredible energy, great music, and really know how to push you while still making it fun and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. 5 stars all day.

  Beautiful breath work and flow with Madison. All the classes here I’ve taken are highly intentional and motivating. Get you ready for your day, week or month. Definitely a good de-stressor and worth the price. I recommend slowly integrating into the process as it takes time and patience
