Left the big ABC pharmacy in DP for a smaller more caring experience. Every employee in the Alberson Rx is professional, friendly and genuinely interested in helping. They take calls, assist with OTC and respectfully handle questions. If you're tired of the impersonal, long wait in line, hustle-bustle, this place is for you.

Awesome pharmacy staff, personal, professional, caring. Easy access, very seldom a short line 😊

To begin, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the gentleman pharmacist. On the other hand, I must express my profound disappointment with the behavior of the female pharmacist. Her interactions with both customers and employees are unacceptable. Her lack of concern for patients is evident in her disregard for their well-being. I recently contacted the pharmacy to inquire about a prescription that had been misplaced for the second time. Unfortunately, she was the one pharmacist on duty who they handed the phone over to. Her rudeness and interruptions were evident throughout the conversation. When I visited the pharmacy to collect the prescription, her behavior was equally unprofessional. The pharmacy technician inquired if I needed to speak with the pharmacist regarding my prescription, but I declined, as her previous behavior had made it impossible for me to engage in a respectful conversation. I felt compelled to express my frustration and explain my actions. However, when I called to speak with her directly, she responded with an aggressive attitude, mirroring her behavior during my previous call. She refused to acknowledge her mistakes and instead shifted the blame onto me, demanding that I end the conversation due to a waiting line. This incident has resulted in a significant loss of business for me.

The pharmacy wouldn’t let me pick up my prescription just because my provider and I had a telehealth appointment. I called some other pharmacies and they said Save On probably just lied so they didn’t have to fill it. So weird. Everyone does telehealth now, I don’t understand why this is an issue

I am in between doctors my existing primary is not doing family anymore just concierge service whatever that means and just notified me . I ran out of my blood pressure medication and the pharmacist refused to refill or at least give me a couple days worth so I can find a new primary. By law she can refill the harmless blood pressure medication but simply filibustered me on the phone and told me. No sorry, and if you have chest pain go to the hospital. Wow what an experience
