Understaffed, underskilled, undertrained, under supplied (how does a lab not have proper needles). Left with multiple holes but no actual blood draw.

I was in and out in 20 minutes as a walk-in. Francesca made the entire process feel effortless - her technique was so gentle that I barely felt a thing, and her professional demeanor really put me at ease. Great location. Plenty of parking.

Unprofessional....another Black Rock investment creep show. I've been going to Campus Drive location for at least 6 years. It's never been swift. The usual long wait, dull service providers that ask for co pays when none should be required. But you could walk in and do the test. I prefer to make an appointment. But just try! This location, and many others in San Francisco and San Mateo counties are booked weeks in advance...all appointments: NOT AVAILABLE. Perhaps in Oakland, Berkeley or San Leandro you could arrange one...with an hour long commute and bridge tolls. Today I went, as a walk in. I arrived at 2:45pm, then at 3:15pm, a clerk came out and said to all in the waiting room: "any walk ins would not be seen today and they should just go home". It did not seem busy, app. 8 people in waiting room and at least 5 or 6 staff behind the wall( when door opened, I could then see inside).They have closed the front desk by constructing a big wall over it. You see NO ONE. The machines that force you to scan your driver's license are broken- scanners missing trays to hold your documents. They offer no sanitation devices, which seems odd for a health institution. Antibacterial wipes should be offered. When told staff member about these issues, he said they were beyond his control. When asked for the Manager, he said Amanda had just started two days ago, was not there, and has NO phone number. It was like pulling teeth to get a customer service phone number. Asked the clerk who he calls if he is sick and can't get to work. He responded by saying everything is automated. We'll, I have news for the clerk....a ROBOT will soon be taking your job. And with the lack of concern you show for paying customers- do not look for sympathy from that same public. This is a company that has Black Rock as an investor, the same company that is buying family homes to limit availability and jack up prices. A company without a conscience. What would you expect from a "Black Rock"?

Honestly, it was easy to get appointment, I showed up and was seen with a very minimal 10 min delay. I was in-and-out in 20 mins. Their walk-in queue is super long, so def recommend appointment. The check-in kiosk was a little silly, had to use confirmation code but they don't email that so recommend screenshotting it when you make an appointment.
Additionally, it seems they need to order more butterfly needles. My blood work was super smooth thanks to the technician (and he credited the butterfly needles)
