I've changed headphones five times trying to find something that could drown out how loud the music is, and it DOESN'T EXIST. It doesn't need to be that loud; the noise from the gym is already enough.

There were bacterial stains on the shower floor, and an employee was cleaning it. I asked if I could use the shower, and he said yes, so I went in. I hung my belongings on the hook: my underwear, towel, and phone. The locker didn't have a lock, and to prevent theft, an employee named Randy threw all my belongings into the bacteria-infested water. My underwear was covered in muddy water, and so was my phone. He didn't even look at me and apologized. I threw away the things I'd brought to shower. I asked him why he did this. He didn't explain it and told me to talk to the manager. I told him I wouldn't talk to the manager and that I would complain to Planet Fitness customer service. He got angry and cursed.

I THINK THIS GYM IS WAITING FOR A LAWSUIT FOR NOT HAVING A WORKING WATER FILTER. Please do something about it!!!!!!
