  Eugene is very helpful throughout the class especially I have shoulder injury. He always makes sure that I’m comfortable with the workout that we are doing. He’s the best instructor I’ve ever had. He’s really effective and knowledgeable. I’m really thankful to him! Thank you for all that you do Eugene!

  I started Pilates in January 2026 and have already completed 15 classes, and I truly wish I had started sooner. Yvette and Eugene are exceptional instructors who provide clear, detailed guidance that makes each class feel approachable, intentional, and effective. They take the time to explain movement, form, and purpose in a way that builds confidence and helps you stay connected to your body. I leave every class feeling empowered, and I’ve already noticed a significant increase in my strength and overall body awareness. Their supportive teaching style creates an environment that feels both motivating and welcoming, whether you’re new to Pilates or continuing to build your practice. Highly recommend taking a class with them.
