  This hearing office is truly a gem. It’s not crowded like some of the offices we’ve visited in San Francisco, and the service is excellent. Bob is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. He recommended the best hearing aid based on value, giving my dad the best bang for the buck. Six months later, when one hearing aid stopped working, Bob patiently explained the issue and showed my dad how to replace the filter. He even allowed me to record a quick video so my dad wouldn’t forget the steps. He also suggested affordable replacement filters from Amazon, which we really appreciated. Bob clearly knows his work inside and out, and his assistant was very helpful as well. Highly recommend this office to anyone needing hearing aids or hearing aid support!

  Both Misha and Bob were great. I had a fine and fun experience. They are pros and the equipment, procedures and analysis enabled me to let go of my worries over my hearing. I will be back in 5 years for another test.

  I researched places to get an ear cleaning online. This place came up. It also lists on their website that they clean ears. I made an appointment, took off work early, drove 45 minutes, all so I could be told once I got there that they don’t do ear cleanings. A waste of time and money. Literally.

  I went to Connect Hearing after doing much research and trying different brands of hearing aids. Bob Eberle provided great knowledgeable and personable service and the most up to date Phonak model at the best price. I travel a lot and appreciate that Connect Hearing nationwide locations are available to me if I need them.
