  This is not a corporate store, so you cannot make online returns or exchanges. My subscription energy drinks arrived dented, so I contacted GNC’s customer support on how to proceed. They said since they’re still consumable, I should return or exchange my defective cans in person. I came in Monday evening, and the sales associate asked how they could help, and I asked if I could exchange or return my dented cans. She immediately and rudely goes, Who said you can do that? I responded that GNC online support offered this as a solution. She then went on a mad tangent about how this business is a franchise and you can’t do online returns and purchases here. And she doesn’t even have my flavor in stock. She couldn’t understand why people say and think they can do their online returns and exchanges here and that they reserve the right to refuse that service (return/exchange of online products). I was so shocked by her attitude. I’m fine that they don’t do online returns or exchanges, but it was how she said it. I’m not sure if she was a regular sales associate or the manager. I asked if she knew where the nearest corporate GNC was. She was unsure and said Lakewood is what she heard from customers. TLDR: Rude sales associate And the other reviews saying a lot of their products are not being in stock are true. I’ve come on several occasions trying to buy energy drinks, but they normally only have a couple flavors of Alani Nu and CBum’s. Normally their customer service during the day is good, but the experience the other day was so out of pocket.

  Don’t call this place asking if they have stuff in stock. I was asked if my question was quick because she had other customers in the store. Not good customer service making me feel rushed to ask my question when I AM technically a customer. She shouldn’t have answered the phone if she wasn’t ready to answer a question if she was so busy taking care of other people. I won’t be trying this location again. I don’t appreciate how I was spoken to. Two stars because I liked the location but customer service is trash.

  I was there last Wednesday and the guy that is there answer me every question! Awesome dude!
