I take 5-6 classes a week and among my stressful schedule, my classes are one thing I look forward to during my days. With my history of leg injuries, Pilates has been the only co sistent form of workout that's been helping me now and I'm very glad to have found this place.

Your body needs that workout and a great stretch which you will actually realize once you give it a try! Also love the cypress location , the front desk managers are awesome and instructors are motivating and very knowledgeable , they make it so effective and worth it!

I started searching in google and I found Club Pilates at Cypress. I have never done pilates so I I wanted to try something different. I went for the 30 min free class and I loved it. All the Pilates coaches are knowledgeable, energetic and care for you to do the exercises properly. The place is clean it feels a peaceful atmosphere. I am very happy at the Cypress location.
