We have been using this urgent care for three years and have never experienced anything like this before. I have Kaiser insurance, and the reason I came here was to avoid long waits like this. Next time, I’ll just go to Kaiser urgent care instead. Also, the front desk staff were very unfriendly. They spoke with an annoyed expression and kept sighing while helping us. I have never seen such unfriendly staff at a medical office before.
