They even sent me a confirmation saying my class was booked and I was all set to come in. When I actually arrived at the studio, they told me I could not take the class. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Their cancellation policy is misleading and their communication is terrible. Instead of informing members honestly, they mislead you with confirmations and then deny you access. If you’re considering joining Club Pilates, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. The service is unreliable, the management is careless, and they do not respect members’ time or money. Worst experience ever.
