This pharmacy reminds me of how pharmacies treated people back in the 1990's and before. I had a prescription that was written for 90 days and they only had a 30 day supply on hand. They offered to give me the one box today if I needed it right away. I asked the pricing and they gave me the 90 day pricing. I then asked what the price was if I had a 30 day prescription. The price made sense for the 30 day supply. I then asked if I needed my doctor to rewrite the prescription for 30 days. They said I could get the script as a 30 day supply without having to go through my doctor again. I then asked, what about the remaining 60 days? they said they would remain as refills. Every business should take a page from this playbook! NOW, THAT IS SERVICE! Keep up the GREAT WORK! I will be transferring all my prescriptions over to this pharmacy from the CVS in Playa Vista, which is waay closer to me, based on the EXCELLENT customer Service. Kudos!!!

By far the worst telephone experience with a pharmacy I've ever had. I was put on long holds over and over today, which then just sent me to another phone system and disconnected me. Called back numerous times and it kept happening. Each person that got on the phone today, even the actual pharmacist, had such a rude and dismissive attitude. When I tried giving the pharmacist feedback on the experience I was having, she had this "oh well" attitude and excused the disconnections as something that just happens, and then accused me of having attitude because I was upset. What a nightmare. Seriously Pavilions, get your pharmacy's act together, you're losing customers. Great job on the 3.8 star review.

The pharmacist is amazing. I take multiple medications and on the occassion that i have a question, Carol is always there to answer it. The line can move slow but thats the case in every pharmany ive been to. What gives this pharmacy such high ratings is they keep an eye on all my medications to ensure i dont have a negative reaction. To me thats worth waiting in a slow line.
