When we came into LensCrafters, we got help right away and were met by friendly and warm service. We explained our concerns about my son’s glasses that needed adjusting and tightening. The frames were pretty warped and misplaced in a couple of places so we were concerned we would have to pay extra money to replace them. While Cathy explained that the adjustment may very well break the glasses, she was very very careful and adjusted the glasses perfectly. They actually look like brand new frames. Thank you so much Cathy and LensCrafters.

Let me start by saying this store is so beautiful. It’s clean and well organized. There are so many frames to choose from. I want to thank Liz for her excellent customer service. She is kind and patient. She made the experience enjoyable. I can’t wait to show off my new glasses 😎 Thank you!

I am purchasing glasses that I just got a prescription for. I have never had glasses until recently. Fortunately the optician was very very helpful, her name was Cathy and she went over all the details I needed for my two progressive lenses including measurements which was something new for me. I should have my new glasses in under 2 weeks and I am very excited!

Wow, they were great, absolutely give LensCrafters a visit.
I brought in a pair of glasses I did NOT purchase from LensCrafters, as a screw had fallen out and was non-standard. I had bought a repair kit from Amazon, but it did NOT have a screw that would fit.
I was expecting to pay $15 (and up) to have LensCrafters replace this screw. They were able to do it ON THE SPOT, in less than five minutes. The charge? FREE!!! WHAT?!!! That deserves respect and my business in the future.
They may not be able to do what you need for free, but they are trustworthy and likely will have a fair deal and experience for you!

The customer service is poor. I was on time for my appointment. After waiting 15 minutes past my appointment, I inquired because no one said anything to me. This occurred 3/9/2026 and without apologizing, a young man simply told me that they were running behind…. He said they were seeing the 11:00 appointment and it was about 11:35. My appointment was 11:20 and by now it was after 11:30. Finally the tech ushered me into the room for the preliminary examination and I told her that I had not received the courtesy of acknowledgment that I was waiting or apology for their lateness, and she was non-responsive as if I was talking to the wall. When asked she said her name was “Edith”. It seemed like she had made up the name. She was also young and Latino appearing with long black hair. At no time did she offer any explanation or apology even after I told her that good customer service required at least that. Finally I saw Dr. Liu. I told her of my experience and she apologized. I appreciated her acknowledgment, but after the experiences with the other staff, I decided to leave without even looking at the glasses. My insurance provides for $300.00 frames, so considering my taste, the store lost out on at least $600.00 or more. Last year I bought from a different optometrist store and paid $900.00 which included my $ 300.00 frame allowance. I went elsewhere last year because the professionalism of the optician in 2024 was lacking. I was right in 2024.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
