  Home Instead Culver City helped turn a challenging experience with dementia in our family into a more manageable one. The level of care and professionalism shown toward our family is greatly appreciated. The overall service was outstanding from all involved. It began with the initial assessment and encouraging follow-up calls by Chazz (Client Care Mgr), follow-up visits and calls by Renee (Lead Care Pro), and the very patient Caregiver Shanice who provided wonderful care for our loved one. Every encounter with anyone on staff was pleasurable. They are friendly, caring and professional. As families navigate the phases of dementia, help is needed. Thank you Home Instead Culver City for being the help we needed!

  It has truly been a pleasure working with the Home Instead company. From the initial meeting where Renee and team conducted the onboarding process every interaction has been amazing. Her team connected my mother with a fabulous caregiver named Minette whom is a seasoned professional that is kind, caring, humble, knowledgeable and patient which are all the qualities we needed to ensure our mother was in good care.   Our 96 year old mother treasures her independence but we realized that she needed some additional help and Home Instead was the perfect agency. They're reliable, professional and provide excellent support that allows mom to live safely at home. Renee and team check in often to assure mom is getting the best care possible and supporting all her needs. Kameka, her caregiver is so compassionate and respectful, she really makes mom feel secure and happy. They've even become friends through the years. Home Instead has provided us with peace of mind knowing mom is comfortable and happy.

  Home Instead has been very helpful in taking care of my loved one. As the sole caregiver, it gets hard managing things alone but Home Instead came through when I needed and on my own schedule. Where other companies required a consistent weekly schedule, Home Instead came in as I needed. I like that their initial visit is done with supervisors who learn the routine first. When a new care pro comes into your home, the supervisors do the introduction and show them the standard. Chazz & Renee are amazing addressing any and all concerns and prompt with corrections. They are also diligent and follow up on how things are going during care and after any issues.

  MY deepest gratitude to Eric, and staff at the Culver City, HomeInstead all the years I struggled with my husband who had Alzheimer's disease, my own health issues with fibromalgia, diabetes, spectis with UTI, cancer of the bladder and lungs. They helped with transportation to various appointments, medication, groceries , etc. needs, light housework, and even meals. More importantly the compassion and listening that was provided. There were outstanding carepros throughout the years,which I cant remember their names, but presently my carepro, Linda, is excellent. She meets all my expectations along with my families' expectations too. Thank you with gratitude and appreciation.
