How it should be but wow they have a woman named Karen up there (I know…) who is so rude and unprofessional. I usually don’t care to leave reviews bc it’s customer services… I’d be upset if I did that again too. But I was polite- asked a simple question and she talked very slow and rudely. Kind of don’t believe her name is actually Karen bc the joke writes itself.

The doctor will call in a prescription and then the pharmacy technician will tell you that they have no record of your prescription. In addition, one of the techs at the Jefferson store in Culver City is extremely unfriendly. She "greets" you with a scowl. She never tells you hello, goodbye, or drop dead. She never thanks you for patronizing the store. This is a good store to avoid.
