- SSSteven SnowFeb 5, 20261.0By far the worst telephone experience with a pharmacy I've ever had. I was put on long holds over and over today, which then just sent me to another phone system and disconnected me. Called back numerous times and it kept happening. Each person that got on the phone today, even the actual pharmacist, had such a rude and dismissive attitude. When I tried giving the pharmacist feedback on the experience I was having, she had this "oh well" attitude and excused the disconnections as something that just happens, and then accused me of having attitude because I was upset. What a nightmare. Seriously Pavilions, get your pharmacy's act together, you're losing customers. Great job on the 3.8 star review.
