LensCrafters was very professional. The glasses and frames do not take long. The service managers were all very nice and friendly .

I began my journey online. And although we found some hiccups, Cathy in the store was a great help at pick up of my order. And now I’m well on my way to clear vision. I would definitely recommend stopping in store if you can and spending some time at this LensCrafters location.

Shopping at LensCrafters today was a complete pleasure thanks to our optician, Cathy. She knows her inventory and is a wealth of information. Thank you, Cathy!

I had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters and I would like to recognize Kevin Alegria for his exceptional customer service. He helped me choose two pairs of glasses and made the entire process easy and pleasant. Kevin was very professional, friendly, and extremely patient. I asked many questions, and he took the time to answer each one carefully while guiding me to the best options for my needs. His knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. He made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase, and I truly appreciate the time he dedicated to helping me. It is rare to find someone who provides this level of service. Kevin went above and beyond, and because of him I had a great experience at LensCrafters. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent and professional assistance.

The customer service is poor. I was on time for my appointment. After waiting 15 minutes past my appointment, I inquired because no one said anything to me. This occurred 3/9/2026 and without apologizing, a young man simply told me that they were running behind…. He said they were seeing the 11:00 appointment and it was about 11:35. My appointment was 11:20 and by now it was after 11:30. Finally the tech ushered me into the room for the preliminary examination and I told her that I had not received the courtesy of acknowledgment that I was waiting or apology for their lateness, and she was non-responsive as if I was talking to the wall. When asked she said her name was “Edith”. It seemed like she had made up the name. She was also young and Latino appearing with long black hair. At no time did she offer any explanation or apology even after I told her that good customer service required at least that. Finally I saw Dr. Liu. I told her of my experience and she apologized. I appreciated her acknowledgment, but after the experiences with the other staff, I decided to leave without even looking at the glasses. My insurance provides for $300.00 frames, so considering my taste, the store lost out on at least $600.00 or more. Last year I bought from a different optometrist store and paid $900.00 which included my $ 300.00 frame allowance. I went elsewhere last year because the professionalism of the optician in 2024 was lacking. I was right in 2024.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
