I’ve called multiple times for updates and on this last occasion the service rep (rudely) lied to me stating they had called me before with an update and left me a message. Looking back in my phone records he was somehow confusing MY prior call to them as them reaching out to me. They refuse to email me a receipt, provide me with my order number, or text/email/call with updates on delays and refuse generally to be helpful or courteous. I’m really sorry it’s your lot in life to answer phones at the Culver City lens crafters trust me I won’t come back. Update- No I don’t want to do busy work via your survey, I just want my designer glasses with the lenses that I paid for. Please refrain from further AI responses
