  Home Instead did great work with my mother-in-law, Jane - housekeeping, shopping, errands, food preparation, even trips to the dog park! The caregivers, Jackie, Sherry, and Morgan, always made sure Jane had everything she needed and treated her with real compassion. The admin folks, Chazz, and Renee, always kept us informed, and made multiple home-visits, to ensure things were running smoothly and Jane’s needs were being met. I cannot express how great these folks are at their chosen work - truly fantastic experience for us all :)

  I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care my mother receives from Temple at Home Instead in Culver City. Temple is truly remarkable—her attention to detail and compassion are unmatched. She ensures my mother is bathed thoroughly and always notices any signs that might require medical attention, giving us peace of mind. Temple goes above and beyond by brushing my mother’s teeth, trimming her nails, changing her bed linens, vacuuming, and cleaning her eating area—all within just three hours! Her efficiency never compromises the quality of care. Every task is done with kindness and respect, making my mother feel comfortable and cared for.   Chazz was fantastic from the start. She responded quickly and answered all of my questions. She helped us find a caretaker (Senitra) in record time since I was only there in town for a short time. I was able to meet with Senitra, who I could tell was very experienced based on the questions she asked. She is very patient and gentle. I've heard horror stories about caretakers and services, so we feel very fortunate to have found Home Instead.

  I’ve used Home Instead as needed for my mother over the past two years. Even though mom hasn’t needed consistent care at this point, each time we have hit a difficult spot/illness and reached out to them, the agency has always been there for us and I love knowing that when the time comes we have a standing connection to a provider that I can trust. Their client care manager, Chazz, has always been wonderful and supportive. When I called her recently to restart services, mom’s hospital discharge date kept changing, and she was so helpful and flexible in getting us set up care for the first week at home. Chazz is a kind and caring human being, and a comfort during stressful times. My mother’s caregiver, Alysia, was also absolutely wonderful. She cheerfully put up with all of my worried hovering those first few days, and took such wonderful care of my mother. Each time I checked in they were having lovely conversations and she helped mom with all of her ADL’s until my mother was able to return to her baseline of more independent functioning. Most importantly, my mother, who can sometimes be quite saucy with those trying to help her, loved Alysia. I did quite a bit of vetting and research/ parsing through reviews before choosing Home Instead, and am so grateful I chose them.
